ThermoDAQ for Industrial and Cryogenic Temperature Monitoring
ThermoDAQ is a standard 24-channel temperature acquisition product for synchronized thermal validation, environmental testing, laboratory monitoring, and production test benches. It supports configurable thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, and selected cryogenic sensor channels with Ethernet PC software, output channels, and customizable input connectors.
One temperature DAQ platform for mixed sensor wiring
ThermoDAQ is positioned as a standard product with configurable channel build options. The hardware can be supplied with connector layouts and channel grouping matched to thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, selected cryogenic sensors, and output wiring without changing the product family.
Thermocouple inputs
Configurable J, K, T, E, N, R, S, and B thermocouple channels with cold-junction compensation.
RTD channels
PT100 and PT1000 RTD measurement options with 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire wiring configurations.
Thermistor support
NTC and PTC thermistor configurations for compact thermal monitoring and embedded sensor setups.
Cryogenic channels
Dedicated low-temperature sensor channel options for cryogenic test rigs and low-temperature validation.
Output channels
Configurable outputs for alarm relay, interlock, heater enable, control reference, or external system integration.
Custom connectors
Input connector type, pinout, channel grouping, shield termination, and labelling can be customized.
24-channel temperature acquisition engine
Final channel grouping and connector configuration can be selected based on the sensor mix, cryogenic measurement requirement, output wiring, enclosure format, and software workflow.
