UniDAQ for Mixed-Sensor Measurement and Synchronized Logging
UniDAQ is a 32-channel universal data acquisition system for dynamic and laboratory measurements. It combines dedicated voltage, current, thermocouple, and strain gauge input groups under one acquisition engine, Ethernet communication layer, and PC software platform.
Four optimized input groups in one platform
UniDAQ separates the 32 channels into four electrically and functionally optimized measurement groups: voltage, current, thermocouple, and strain gauge. Each group is configured for its signal type while sharing common acquisition, memory, Ethernet, and software layers.
8 voltage channels
Differential voltage inputs with software-selectable ranges including +/-100 mV, +/-1 V, +/-5 V, and +/-10 V.
8 current channels
Dedicated industrial current inputs for 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA measurement with engineering-unit scaling.
8 thermocouple channels
Configurable J, K, T, E, N, R, S, and B thermocouple channels with local cold-junction compensation.
8 strain gauge channels
Quarter, half, and full bridge support with configurable gauge factor, bridge balance, tare, and shunt calibration provision.
Customizable input connectors
Input connector type, pin grouping, terminal style, and channel labelling can be customized to match your sensor wiring and installation requirements.
High-speed universal acquisition engine
The customer specification includes both 1 MS/s system sampling and 1 kHz maximum sampling per channel. UniDAQ therefore defines a 1 MS/s aggregate high-speed acquisition engine with configurable logging up to 1 kHz per configured measurement channel.
